Ridge Echo Pty Ltd provides luxury and business class vehicle rental services in the Sydney metropolitan area. Our website facilitates reservation enquiries and provides information about our fleet and services.
All vehicle rentals are subject to a separate Rental Agreement that will be provided upon booking confirmation and must be signed before vehicle collection.
Eligibility
To rent a vehicle from Ridge Echo, you must:
- Be at least 25 years of age (21 for select vehicles with surcharge)
- Hold a valid, unrestricted driver licence for at least two years
- Present a valid credit card in your name
- Meet our insurance requirements
- Pass identity verification checks
Reservations and Pricing
All reservations submitted through our website are enquiries subject to availability confirmation. Prices displayed are indicative and may vary based on:
- Rental duration and dates
- Selected insurance options
- Additional services requested
- Seasonal demand
Final pricing will be confirmed in writing before any payment is required. We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice for future bookings.
Payment Terms
A deposit is required to secure your reservation, with the balance due upon vehicle collection. Accepted payment methods include major credit cards. A security bond will be held on your credit card for the duration of the rental.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation terms vary by booking type:
- More than 72 hours before pickup: Full refund minus administration fee
- 24-72 hours before pickup: 50% of rental value retained
- Less than 24 hours or no-show: Full rental value retained
Vehicle Use
Rented vehicles may only be driven by authorised drivers listed in the Rental Agreement. Vehicles must not be used for:
- Racing, testing, or competition
- Towing or pushing other vehicles
- Transporting hazardous materials
- Any illegal purpose
- Sub-rental or hire
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of Ridge Echo Pty Ltd or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Website Accuracy
